I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Start the Heart! I took a class a long time ago at their first location and absolutely loved it. It was so interactive and they spent a lot of time answering the class' questions and making sure we had a clear understanding of what we were doing. I came back a few years later and was again blown away by the experience. Their new location is twice as big, and their set up is just great! Scott and Brenda are absolutely fantastic at Start the Heart... They are funny, informative and passionate about CPR. The classes are very hands-on and they give feedback throughout the course in a constructive way so that you learn the proper techniques. I have been coming here to re-certify my BLS for the past few years and wouldn't think to go anywhere else. They offer classes on the weekends and never cancel regardless of the size of the class! Recommend them without any hesitation!

WOW! Took the BLS Provider class today and was simply blown away! I've been certified for nearly 15 years now and this was by far the most engaging and thorough class I've ever taken part in. The space itself is clean, organized, and inviting. Scott and Brenda co-teach a wonderful course with video instruction, class discussion, and hands-on experience. This was the best CPR training I have had in the last 20 years for my field of work. They work great together and make everything clear and hands-on. I highly recommend it! We use Start the Heart annually and have no intentions of looking elsewhere for CPR / AED / First Aid services. Scott and Brenda are really on top of the subject matter and have answers to all of our employees' questions. We get positive feedback every year from our employees.
